1. Submit immediately to Ms. Louise Yeager (EG 4200, x-47894) a PERSONAL DATA FORM.
2. Complete and submit to Ms. Yeager your PLAN OF STUDY by DECEMBER 1, 2008.

ALL STUDENTS:

1. Those students expecting to complete their MS degree should submit the CANDIDACY FORM in the quarter prior to the quarter in which they will graduate.
